Oil painting is the gold standard of portraiture.  For centuries it has been the medium of choice for artists and collectors alike.

I take my portraits very seriously and so upon contacting me, we will discuss the best image to use as a basis for my painting.  After the discussion, if you are happy to go ahead with the commission, then 50% will be paid as deposit and 50% on completion of the painting.

Pastel Portrait

The colours of pastel paintings  are so vibrant.  These portraits take many hours to complete but the results are spectacular.

Pastels are a dry medium and although drawn onto special toothed pastel paper, they look very much like paintings.
