Steps Lane Mare
On an evening walk I was lucky to capture this beautiful horse in the evening glow

Beer To The Bell
Beer being delivered by horse and cart to my local pub, The Bell. I sourced an old image from 1911 and added colour and the horse and cart - I wanted to capture the warm evening light. This painting was sold and is hung at The Bell in Avening

Fog On The Loch
This was a commission painted in 2025 for a client in Switzerland. I love the mood of this piece and really tried to capture the morning sun burning away the fog.

The Black Horse of North Nibley
The Black Horse of North Nibley - my first commission - 2023

Drinking Bull
A wonderful experiment in capturing reflections in water. Part of my 2026 Calendar.

Watcher In The Trees
A chance to delve into the stark beauty of a corvids - A wintry feel to this piece and a joy to paint. I threw thick paint on this one and it was so much fun.

Field Mouse
I wanted to capture back light across the fur of this little field mouse. Its one of my favourites and made it into my 2026 calendar.

Portrait Of A Badger
I was quite amused that it looks like he's posing for a portrait. I really enjoyed capturing the detail in his eyes and nose. I really do love this painting I will be sad to see it go.

First Light Fawn
I painted this one after studying with wildlife artist Mark McKenna - who paints from the eyes outward - his style was interesting to me and this painting came as a result - it was also the first time I used a palette knife to capture those white highlights.
